I'm so hungry for something with South American Sauce, mmmmmmm! I worked at the Seven Seas for 7 years. We of course were famous for our South American steaks. That said, it was we employees that had it good. We used the sauce of everything. Our Chef Cal Neiss loved it on his hamburger. I loved the steak however, my favorite was South American style pork chops. We broiled so many things.....one might say most of our food had a touch of the sauce on it. No kidding. I even loved dipping my fries in the sauce. Don't be afraid to try South American anything. It's easy to broil, grill or bake with. Now I want to say how proud I am of Nancy and Esther for making the sauce availible. Wish I had the recipe. Try it You'll like it, promise! Good Cooking and Good Living to You. Warm regards, Rod Wright ( South American sauce lover)

I'm looking over the yard and see only one patch of snow! It's spring and I am hungry. If you are like us, everyone is anxious to fire up the bbq.
May I recommend you have some Essie's sauce grillside this summer. I absolutely love it on grilled salmon. Just a brush over each side, mmmmmmmm! It is great on anything grilled. Chops, fish, burgers, even grilled veggies are enhanced with Essie's! Actually, it is the 'only' condiment one needs in the grill kit. Promise! Warm regards, Rod Wright
